Goleta Report Card

The Goleta Slough was once home to visiting whales and Spanish Galleons. Now, Santa Barbara Airport sits on top of what once was wetlands. In spite of this and other local development pressures, the Slough still provides valuable habitat for many sensitive species. We're monitoring water quality within the seven creeks that form the Goleta Slough Watershed. Click here to view our data!

Each month, data from our Goleta Stream Team program as well as the Community Environmental Council's Creek Watchers Program is used to create a Goleta Creeks Report Card that is published in the Goleta Valley Voice newspaper.
